ABM 678

The Automatic Beading Machine is designed to apply a superior seating bead to adjustable top take-offs.  It can do so for either full tab, half tab, or duct board.  Only one operator is required.

This machine is equipped with 7 sets of tooling:

• Full tab - 6"  7"  8"
• Half tab - 6"
• Duct board - 6"  7"  8"

Tooling can be purchased separately if only a few sizes are needed.  Size changes take only 10-15 minutes to complete.
 
Also available is the previous ABM 6 design, which is a machine dedicated to 6" take-offs only.

• The ABM 678 has full safety features; including warning labels, an emergency stop button, a yellow guard, and an electronic part sensor.
  
• CE safety is provided  for UK and  EU countries

• Machine cycle time = 5 seconds for all sizes except half tab = 10 sec.
• Load time = 3 seconds (dependent upon speed of operator)
