warranty all of our machines for a full year. This warranty covers
any defects in materials or workmanship, or any problems with the operation
of our machines.
Though we believe the
performance of our machines is of the highest quality, reality shows that
problems do sometimes arise. Therefore, our qualified technical
service engineers are always available to assist customers.
Time is money, so we resolve these as promptly as possible in order to
reduce the down time of our customers. Many issues can be resolved
with a conversation over the phone.
We also offer Modem Support
to troubleshoot problems or make changes associated with the PLC program.
A modem is sent by us to our customer, who can easily connect it to their
machine. Using this method, we can easily interface with our customers
machine from our facility via a phone line. Modems are also available
as an optional feature on all of our machines. Having one permanently
installed on the machine will provide the quickest troubleshooting and
problem solving to the PLC program, so that production can resume.

Some issues require On-Site service
calls by our technicians to our customer's factory. These are
scheduled as rapidly as possible. |
