ARM 36

The new Reducer Machines are designed
to produce high quality tapered reducers/increasers with any combination
of sizes between 3" and 6", and 6" and 10", respectively. These two machines will be compatible; owning both will give the user the ability to
produce any combination reducer between 3" and 10". Larger sizes are

CTM 678-TH
elbow machine with Turning Head |

The standard CTM 678 Elbow Machine
is now available with a Turning Head feature. This machine produces
90° elbows without the need for hand turning, thus eliminating repetitive
motion injuries and reducing operator fatigue. Also under new development is the Turning Head feature for other elbow machines (CTM 345,

2 machines have been redesigned in order to process 7" and 8" take-offs, in
addition to the previously standard 6". They feature quick, easy tool

AEAM 678 Automatic Elbow Angle Machine |

The
new Elbow Angle Machine is designed to produce both 90° elbows and 45°
angles. The cutting plane of this combination machine is 22.5° from
the horizontal plane, thus requiring only 2 cuts for a 90° elbow and 1 cut
for a 45° angle. This saves about 10% material and increases
productivity with cycle times of approximately 11 seconds (90° elbow)
